These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of games and services published by Pluto's Games, including TriMerge Cascade and Matchstick Survivor. By downloading or playing our games, you agree to these Terms.

Using Our Games

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and play our games for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of our games.

Accounts & Progress

Some features may require an account or platform sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your account and device secure. We're not responsible for loss of progress caused by device loss, uninstalling the app, or platform account issues.

In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Our games may offer optional in-app purchases (such as coins, gems, or boosters). Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and are non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable app store's policies. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, whose terms also apply.

Acceptable Use

• No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage.
• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other players or our team.
• No attempting to disrupt, hack, or overload our services.

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All game content, characters, artwork, and trademarks — including TriMerge Cascade, Matchstick Survivor, and the Pluto's Games name and logo — are owned by Pluto's Games and protected by intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluto's Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use our games after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
